This study is a specified inspection of the development chemistry educational sources. The purposes this are: (1) to develop book “English for Chemistry”, (2) assess quality based on appraisement lecturers and students. type research R & D. There many stages carried out in investigation developed by Borg Gall. instrument used set having some aspects criteria. evaluations included 6 with 33 criteria 4 25 evaluation result qualitative data then analyzed ideal category guide determine book. Based lecturers’ assessments, has good quality, going score 116 165 percentage 70.3%. Meanwhile, students’ side, also classified as whose 103 125 82.4%. Development english book, helping student understand scientific words english.
